How we work

A clear plan.A personal process.

You work directly with Hassaan Mallick, a lawyer who builds websites and intake systems for law firms. We agree the scope, review the work together and make sure enquiries reach the right place.

002
  1. 01

    Talk through your starting point

A 15-minute call about your current site, Google profile, practice areas and how your office receives enquiries. We help you choose setup or redesign.

  2. 02

    Agree the scope and build

We confirm the pages, languages and where enquiries should go, then build the draft site and assistant for your first approval. Add-ons are scoped separately.

  3. 03

    Review it together

You check the design, firm details and the copy in each language, then give your second approval. We test forms and chat with your team before launch.

  4. 04

    Connect, launch and hand over

We connect the approved site to your domain, check Google profile links and confirm where enquiries arrive. Your firm keeps ownership of the site and accounts.

Questions

What firms ask us first.

Which offer should I choose?

Choose website setup for a simple new site, Google profile connection and basic intake. Choose redesign if you already have a website and want to improve its design and intake experience.

Are SEO, follow-up and text-back included?

Every site includes the search basics. Ongoing SEO and AEO, follow-up messages and missed-call text-back are optional add-ons, scoped separately from the core website and intake work.

How long does it take?

Your site is live within 7 days of your two approvals: the first on the draft site and assistant, the second on the final wording and where enquiries go.

Will the assistant give legal advice?

No. It answers questions about your office, collects basic contact details and passes consultation requests to your team. It does not assess cases or provide legal advice.

How much does it cost?

$3,000 to set up, then $150 a month for hosting, security and the chat assistant’s running costs. Add-ons are priced separately.

Who owns the site and accounts?

Your firm does. Your domain, website and Google Business Profile stay under your control.
