What we collect

If you fill in the contact form or leave details with the assistant, we receive your name, how to reach you, your firm's name and anything you choose to write. We use it only to reply to you about SmartFirm HQ.

The assistant

Messages you type into the assistant are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a reply. They are not used to train its models. Please don't share confidential case details in the chat.

Hosting and storage

This site is hosted on Netlify, which also stores form submissions. Your language choice is saved in your browser so the site remembers it. We don't use advertising trackers.
